The firm has a junior level opportunity for a confident assistant solicitor with proven abilities, drive and ambition. Possessing strong academic and technical know-how together with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, the quality and breadth of your commercial property expertise will be immediately evident. You can look forward to a wide variety of commercial real estate work together with some high end residential as well. Particular expertise in the healthcare, charity, retail and education sectors and in landlord and tenant and general commercial work would be beneficial as well as experience in advising both property owners and acquiring authorities on compulsory purchase issues.
