This well established mid-sized practice with good all round capabilities is seeking an experienced solicitor with a minimum of 5 PQE to join its friendly commercial property team. Comprehensive, broad based commercial property expertise is a must and high-end residential experience would be an asset.
 
You will a confident and charismatic solicitor with strong academic and technical abilities and an excellent knowledge of the domestic commercial property market. The role will suit a proactive self-starter with proven networking and client generation skills, keen to be part of the future development/management of an effective team. Whilst a large client following is not essential, applicants should be able to demonstrate their calibre by comfortably covering their overhead from the start.
