Its highly motivated management are fully integrated with all aspects of the business, ensuring maximisation of all areas of opportunity from sales through to planning, construction, operation and maintenance.

Backed by a substantial in-house legal team that ensures seamless support, the company has an excellent opportunity for an accomplished company commercial lawyer with four years UK experience, ideally gained from advising the energy and renewables sector.

Working as part of a highly energetic team on a broad range of sector focused work, you’ll need to be a bright, confident and responsive solicitor. Academically and technically assured, your background will demonstrate keen and organised abilities and experience in the negotiation and drafting of term sheets, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and commercial contracts. Familiarity with company secretarial work, post completion filings etc, are also required.

In an industry that is constantly changing this is no cookie cutter role and thus legal and mental agility, commercial foresight and strong business acumen are all part of the role. With an ever increasing international client base, fluency in one or more European language would be an asset, though not essential.
