We are currently working with the construction team of a highly reputed international law firm.

​

With an in-depth knowledge of the domestic and international construction market, the team forms part of the Arbitration, Real Estate & Construction Disputes practice which is truly global in nature.

​

The team typically advises contractors, employers and consultants from across the construction and engineering industries in relation to International arbitration of construction and engineering disputes, large and small adjudications, complex litigation in the Technology and Construction Court including the pre-action protocol Project advisory work ADR and mediation.

Working on commercial arbitration and construction disputes, in a range of sectors including energy, infrastructure and commercial & residential property in the UK and across the world, the team have an opportunity for a contentious construction lawyer with 1-4 years PQE with a desire to become a genuine specialist in construction and engineering disputes and international construction arbitration. Accordingly, candidates already possessing specialist knowledge of C & E disputes will be desirable.
