Senior Commercial Property Solicitor  8+ PQE

Small to mid-sized practice with good all round capabilities seeks an experienced associate solicitor with a minimum of 8 PQE to join it's friendly commercial property team. A broad based commercial property expertise is a must and high end residential conveyancing experience would be an asset.

 

You will demonstrate strong academic and technical abilities and an excellent knowledge of the domestic commercial property market. The role will suit proactive self-starter with proven networking and client generation skills keen to be part of the future development/management of an effective team.

 

A large client following is not essential, but applicants will be able to demonstrate their calibre by comfortably covering their overhead from the start.
