This leading insurance player has an exciting opportunity for a specialist in corporate insurance law.

The firm provides recurrent advice to leading UK and overseas insurers and the wider insurance market on a full range of commercial, regulatory and drafting issues, including capitalisation, security over assets, template reinsurance and security documentation.

    
You’ll be completely at home drafting and negotiating contracts and other materials on numerous insurance/reinsurance issues and policy wording as well as hands-on experience of insurance related commercial reconstructions, M&A and disposals. A significant element of the role will focus insurance related distribution and outsourcing.

In line with the firm’s major focus in these areas you’ll need to have considerable FSA and Lloyd’s related regulatory knowledge in order to be considered.
