This leading and progressive southern counties heavy-weight is seeking to add further depth at the senior level and has excellent opportunities for partners seeking to cut down on commuting or maybe enjoy the benefits of a reverse commute from London, whilst not compromising on quality of their work and resources.

 

The firm has a strong corporate M&A practice with particular expertise in technology, data and outsourcing, mineral extraction, healthcare, sport, hotels, restaurants, retail, hospitality largely on the industry side. Importantly corporate finance, tax and regulatory expertise are married into the practice enabling the firm to provide a seamless service, though corporate partners with an additional strength in one or more of these areas are always of interest.

 

They are particularly interested in speaking to relationship driven corporate partners with high levels of expertise, a proven track record and an active client base, who also wish to exploit fresh and fertile business, many of whom have international or global reach, in the surrounding area. New areas of corporate or sector focus will be genuinely considered.
