This long established and acclaimed medium sized practice has an immediate opportunity for an accomplished corporate partner to join its busy team. The corporate and commercial group possess  a considerable depth of expertise and experience across an extensive range of domestic and international services including general corporate, debt and equity fund raising, public and private M&A, main market flotations and AIM, IPO’s, joint ventures and corporate insolvency and restructuring.

 

Working in close cooperation with other areas of the firm including employment, IP, tax and real estate, the team provides high levels of commercially priced service across a broad range of active sectors including financial services, technology, energy and mining, defence, retail and leisure and much more .

 

The highly collegiate team are now seeking to hire another established and proactive corporate partner. Applicants will have established their own practices, which may or may not be in one or more of the above sectors, a demonstrable following of active clients and in this regard the firm provided and an ideal platform for both large and smaller clients.
