You have a broad knowledge of all key aspects of employment law and will have advised mainly employers in recent years. You may well be at a firm servicing mainly institutional clients and are longing for role with greater variety and more entrepreneurial opportunity where you can make your mark. Working with top level partners at the same time as mentoring others.

The work is enormously varied, ranging from employment aspects of complex transactions and all other aspects of non-contentious and advisory on one side, to major tribunal and boardroom disputes on the other
