Partner-led, the team handle high-profile enforcement proceedings with finesse and expertise, providing strategic counsel to clients on engaging with regulators, to avoid enforcement actions. Also representing clients in regulatory investigations, ensuring a comprehensive and effective defence.

We are seeking UK-qualified candidates with extensive experience in white-collar defence, investigations, and compliance, with proven success in handling high-stakes regulatory proceedings, preferably in the financial services sector. A strong understanding of UK and US regulatory frameworks is also desirable.
