Now seeking a talented Senior Associate solicitor to join their dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in advising financial sponsors and corporate clients on transactions spanning capital structures and financing types.

​

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years corporate finance and capital markets experience with a strong understanding of highly leveraged capital structures and leveraged loan products. Experience of real estate finance and restructuring would also be an advantage. As expected, the role requires a comprehensive knowledge of English law security. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills will be something you mastered early in your career. As a person, you will be an enthusiastic, client-focused, collaborative, team player.
