Legal Counsel – EMEA Projects Lawyer

We are working closely with a leading energy company currently seeking a talented associate solicitor to work with its EMEA teams on greenfield solar photovoltaic development.

The role would suit a lawyer with 2-4 years PQE with demonstrable experience in the renewables sector. Typical tasks will include the review and negotiation of project documents including EPC/EPCM contracts, ICP contracts, O&M contracts, procurement contracts, asset management contracts and corporate, private wire, and utility PPAs.

 

Based in London, (but working from home until at least September), there will be opportunities to liaise with all UK and European business teams on matters of business development, finance, technical, delivery, procurement, asset management, and PPA. Strong European language skills are desirable.
