Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor 2+

Our client is a leading renewable energy company with an immediate requirement that offers a superb in-house legal opportunity for an accomplished junior/mid-level solicitor to specialise in non-contentious construction. 

 

Applying cutting edge technology the company passionately navigates an ever changing environment. Its highly motivated management and personnel are fully integrated, ensuring maximisation of all aspects of the business from sales and planning to construction and operations. 

 

Backed by a substantial in-house team to ensure seamless legal support, due to ever increasing levels of work the team has a further requirement for an accomplished junior/mid-level construction solicitor with a minimum of two years experience, ideally focusing on the energy and renewables sector, either in private practice or in-house. 

 

Working as part of a highly experienced team on a broad range of sector focused work, you’ll need to be a bright, confident and highly responsive lawyer with experience of drafting and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts including EPC, FIDIC, JCT and rooftop installation agreements, This is no cookie cutter role and therefore a high degree of legal agility and commercial acumen are all part of the requirement. 

 

Familiarity of drafting bonds, collateral warranties, supply/procurement agreements, parent company guarantees would also be an asset. With an ever increasing international client-base, fluency in one or more European language is also desirable.
