The firm is seeking a mid-level UK qualified solicitor with circa 5 years post qualification experience, broad based corporate and private equity expertise, excellent academics, strong technical and drafting skills. You will have had a focused career and gained excellent experience in a wide variety of private equity and M&A work for notable private companies, institutional and individual investors, manufacturers and retailers occupying the corporate space.

You’ll be working alongside a large team of partners as well as autonomously in a highly collegiate and personable environment whilst enjoying a mixed diet of stimulating domestic and international client facing work in a number of sectors including IT, technology, energy, leisure and hospitality.

 

You’ll need to be a charismatic self-starter with excellent interpersonal and client skills, highly organised and adept at supervising and mentoring younger associates.
