We are working with a rated law firm in London with a highly regarded real estate practice, servicing all aspects of commercial and residential property work.

​

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join the busy team, concentrating on high value residential property transactions, acting for developers, lenders, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals.

​

Ideal candidates will be NQ to 2-PQE, with demonstrable skills and experience of acting for lenders and developers on residential property development, residential conveyancing, secured lending and general property work. You’ll be highly organised, technically proficient and able to prioritise your work, whilst at all times providing a high quality service. You will enjoy working closely with partners within the team as well as other associates at a number of levels.

The firm is currently working closely to government guidelines and keen to promote a mix or office and home working, a benefit which could suit candidates living outside of London and further afield.
