Exciting opportunity for a senior corporate Associate at this mid-sized City practice with strong international resources

 

The firm is seeking a senior UK qualified solicitor with at least six years post qualification experience, broad based corporate expertise, excellent academics, strong technical and drafting skills, likely to be from a mid-sized UK firm in London or a major regional firm who has gained excellent experience in a wide variety of corporate work for notable corporates, SME’s, private companies, institutional and individual investors, manufacturers and HNW individuals occupying the corporate space.

 

You’ll be working directly alongside a number of the corporate partners in the team as well as autonomously in a highly collegiate and personable environment whilst enjoying a mixed diet of stimulating client facing work. You’ll need to be a charismatic self-starter with excellent interpersonal and client skills, highly organised and adept at supervising and mentoring younger associates.
