Senior Dispute Resolution solicitor sought for exciting in-house opportunity. 

 

A standalone lawyer, seeking to enjoy the benefits of working as part of a highly skilled in-house unit. You will clearly demonstrate the excellent legal and technical skills associated with providing proactive and highly respected pre-action advice and assessment in respect of commercial litigation in the £5m - £100m bracket.

 

Those with extensive experience of corporate insolvency/restructuring/financial dispute resolution expertise would be of particular interest, though other areas of specialisation may be considered.

 

The nature of the position will ideally suit an entrepreneurial partner currently at a rated mid-sized practice with a minimum of twelve years' experience and a track record of generating their own clients throughout their career. Whilst current work in progress need not necessarily be transferable, you'll have a strong and demonstrable unrestricted client-base that includes both clients enduring and new.
